Interaksyon.com --MANILA - The Philippine economy likely performed better in the second quarter, the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) said on Thursday.In a report, the NSCB said its composite leading economic indicator (LEI) improved to a -0.013 in the second quarter from the -0.075 in the first quarter.
