Republic Act No. 9485, also known as the “Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007”, mandates all government agencies to set up their respective service standards, called the Citizen’s Charter. NSCB Conducts Training Workshop on the System of Environmental Economic Accounting for Kingdom of Bhutan Statisticians

Twenty officials from the National Statistics Bureau (NSB) of the Kingdom of Bhutan are now in the Philippines for a five-day Training Workshop on the System of Environmental Economic Accounting (SEEA) being conducted by the National Statistical Coordination Board (NSCB) from 1-5 April 2013 at the NSCB Operations Room in Makati City. During the Training Workshop, the Bhutanese statisticians were briefed on the overview of the System of National Accounts (SNA), Measurement of GDP and Satellite Accounts, SEEA Framework and economic activities related to the environment, and the Framework on the Development of Environment Statistics (FDES).
